The challenge

Silverfort’s training team needed a steady flow of product videos: launches, what’s-new trainings, tutorials. Each one took days of scripting, voice, animation and review, and it all ran through one studio. The team needed a way to go from a plain idea to a finished, on-brand video without waiting in line.

What I built

A desktop app that turns a short brief into a finished video. You describe the video and drop in your files. Claude then plans the video, scrubs real domains and passwords, writes the script, and voices it. It picks the music, draws a storyboard and animates style clips for your approval. Then it builds, renders and checks the final video. I designed the product and the UI, built the AI agent workflow, and made this tutorial with the app’s own motion kit.

The result

The app runs on Windows and Mac and is now in the training team’s hands, with updates pushed through a shared folder. Every video goes through two approval gates, an automatic quality check, and a fact check before delivery. Your idea, on brand, without the wait.

The challenge

Privileged accounts are the keys to the kingdom - and securing them is one of the hardest topics in identity security. The course had to land with two audiences at once: customers, who need to grasp the risk and use the product correctly, and Customer Success Managers, who need to explain it well enough to bring customers along.

What I built

A multi-part course that teaches the problem before the product. Animated explainers show how privileged access quietly piles up over the years and how attackers move through it; focused lessons then cover visibility, just-in-time access, virtual fencing and vaultless PAM - each one tying a control back to the risk it removes.

The result

One course, two audiences. Customers understand the vulnerability - and why each control matters - before they change a single setting, and CSMs have a clear, visual story to take into every customer conversation.

The challenge

Reserve soldiers - many of them business owners - were serving for months while the AI world moved at full speed. They had almost no time to learn: some joined the Zoom sessions in uniform, from outside Israel’s borders. Yet they needed to come back to their businesses ready.

What I built

A practical live course built around their reality: focused sessions that go from how LLMs actually work to custom AI agents and automations, hands-on demos with tools they could put to work the same week - Make, Manus, NotebookLM - and a running update on the latest releases, so nothing they learned was already out of date.

The result

Three cohorts so far. The latest alone: 10 intensive sessions with about 28 reserve officers and commanders - who left with practical AI tools for their work, their careers and their businesses.
