About Me

Hi, I'm Dekel Ben Tal
During my military service as an Iron Dome officer responsible for the system operators training, I discovered the art of teaching and training. Since then, I have dedicated my time to creating innovative training materials and developing quality Computer Based Training software. In the last three years, I developed more than nine applications that help people learn and train themselves and others about complicated weapon systems and cybersecurity products.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
I conduct a thorough analysis to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, or performance within an organization.
Curriculum Development
I create a structured and comprehensive curriculum that outlines the sequence of learning activities, assessments, and resources to achieve specific learning objectives.
Instructional Material Development
I design a variety of instructional materials such as tutorial videos and computer-based training software to support effective learning experiences.
Gamification and Simulation
I insert game elements or simulated scenarios to enhance learner engagement and experiences within a safe learning environment.
Frontal Instruction
I provide traditional, face-to-face instruction in a classroom or workshop setting.
